The Macedon Ranges & District Motor Club can cater for all levels of sponsorship engagement with the Picnic at Hanging Rock.

Commercial activities within the event are carefully controlled by the organisers to ensure that the casual family atmosphere originally envisaged for the “picnic” has been maintained. As such the event does not provide 'Trade Stands' as such - rather it provides a lower level sponsorship package that reflects the exposure on the day (over 10,000 patrons), and the high volume of hits on the events website.

Platinum and Gold Plus: are targeted for national corporate clients seeking an opportunity to expose their brand and profile to a wide audience including both the enthusiasts displaying their vehicles and members of the general public attending the event. Both groups are potential customers.

Gold and Silver: are targeted for clients again at a national level, but where their product is more likely to be most sought after by the motoring enthusiast and targeted at the Classic Vehicle market.

Bronze and Entry level: opportunities are directed to the trade market, sole traders or small to medium businesses where their product crosses from hobby through to the lower end of the market.
